Three wickets from Kuldeep Yadav have ensured India restricted Bangladesh to 146/8 in 20 overs and a win by 50 runs in match 47 of the T20 World Cup 2024 on Saturday at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, North Sound in Antigua
Earlier half-century from Hardik Pandya combined with cameos from Rishabh Pant, Shivam Dube, and Virat Kohli has taken India to 196/5 on a sluggish wicket after Bangladesh skipper Najimul Shanto has put India to bat first.
With the win India have now qualified for the semifinals of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 and Bangladesh are out of the race. India will play their knockout game in Guyana later next week.
