Although he continued receiving his salary, staying home for such a long period left him restless. That uncertain phase soon turned into an opportunity, thanks to his wife’s encouragement.
She told him, “You have creativity in you. Why not start something of your own?”
While exploring ideas on social media, Vaibhav discovered 3D casting impressions, an art form that preserves the exact shape of hands and feet as timeless keepsakes.
At the time, his wife was pregnant, and the idea of capturing their baby’s tiny hands and feet felt deeply personal. That emotional connection became the beginning of his journey.
Later, when his son was born, he became an even greater inspiration. Vaibhav named his business after his son, Nihit, turning his work into a deeply personal legacy.
Learning Through Struggles
Starting from scratch was not easy. Vaibhav had no prior experience in this field. He faced several challenges, from understanding materials and perfecting colors to designing frames and mastering the casting process.
Many attempts failed. Mixtures spoiled, colors did not set properly, and designs did not always turn out as expected.
But he did not give up.
Through continuous practice, patience, and determination, he gradually mastered the craft.

He says, “If my wife hadn’t encouraged me, I wouldn’t be here today.”
